Thanks to the human heart by which we live,
Thanks to its tenderness, joys and fears,
To me the meanest flowers that blows can give
Thoughts that do often lie too deep for tears.
為我們賴以度日的人心而感謝，
為溫柔、喜樂、懼怕的心而感謝，
在我看來，搖曳生姿的平庸花朵能帶來
